Private label
Nothing we ship carries our name. From the engraving on the wood to the barcode on the carton, the product arrives as yours — whether you bring us a finished design or only the idea for one.
OEM
You have technical drawings, a reference product, or an item already selling that needs a better supplier. We quote against your specification and build to it — no redesign.
Usually: an established range, or a product moving production to Europe.
ODM
You have a category, a price point and a clear idea of who buys it — but no drawings. We take it from sketch and brief through to a working sample you can put in front of a retail buyer.
Usually: entering a new category, or launching a first range.
Laser engraved into the beech, or printed. Placement to your drawing.
Stains, tints and colours mixed from our water-based range to your reference.
Cartons, inserts and print to your artwork. Retail-ready or bulk.
Drawn, typeset and printed in your layout and language.
Your EAN codes, and GPSR labelling with your EU responsible person's details.
Declarations and technical documentation.
Materials & safety
Timber, coating system and certification route are agreed with you per project — what follows is what we default to when a partner has no preference of their own.
European hardwood, kiln-dried. Dense, closed grain and high impact resistance — the reason it has been the standard for children's furniture for a century. Used for all frames, rungs and load-bearing parts.
Multi-layer birch, bought certified from our supplier, used for panels, curved parts and bent components such as balance boards. Edges sanded and sealed, never left raw.
Water-based lacquers and paints certified to EN 71-1, -2 and -3. No solvent smell on arrival, no off-gassing in the nursery, and the documentation to back it up.
Plywood stock
Beech stock
Solid beech, FSC-certified birch plywood, or another species you need. If your market or your retailer requires a particular sourcing standard, we buy to it.
Our default is a water-based system certified to EN 71-1, -2 and -3. If your retailer mandates a particular brand, or a harder wearing system, or an oil instead of a lacquer, we work to that.
Joinery details, edge treatment, hardware, colour, flat-pack or assembled. Anything that changes the cost is quoted transparently.
The workshop
We are in Lviv, western Ukraine — closer to Kraków than to Kyiv. Thirty people, fifteen hundred square metres, and more than a decade of doing nothing but wood.

How it works
You send drawings, a reference product, or just a description of what you want to sell.
Unit pricing, tooling costs if any, and a realistic schedule — back with you in 1–2 working days.
2–4 weeks. One physical sample, shipped to you, for exactly the product you'll sell.
Adjustments until the sample is right. Nothing goes to production before you approve it.
4–6 weeks for a first run. Photos at key stages so you're never guessing.
Packed to your specification and handed to your forwarder or ours.
1–2 working days to every enquiry. Including the ones that turn out not to be a fit.
FCA or DAP — whichever suits your logistics. Your forwarder or ours.
40% on order confirmation, 30% before dispatch, and the final 30% once the goods reach you — within 1–2 days of delivery.
Most suppliers want every cent before the truck leaves. We keep 30% on the table until the goods are in your warehouse — so the delivery is still our problem too, not only yours.
Why source from Ukraine
Road freight, not six weeks of ocean container. Reordering stops being a quarterly gamble.
Wooden furniture from Ukraine enters the EU duty-free under the EU–Ukraine free trade agreement. Confirm current classification with your customs broker.
Beech from the region it grows in. No intercontinental shipping built into your cost of goods.
€5,000 opens an order. You can test a range in a season instead of committing a year of cash to one container.
FAQ
€5,000 per order, whether that is one item or several.
Yes — that is OEM production and it is most of what we do. We work from your technical drawings or from a physical reference sample, and we build to your specification rather than to our own interpretation of it. If you have the idea but no drawings, that is the ODM route: we develop the product with you from a brief through to a working sample. Both are described in the private label section above.
Our coatings are certified to EN 71-1, -2 and -3, our birch plywood comes from FSC-certified supply, and we issue an EU Declaration of Conformity with every shipment in your brand's name. Supplier documentation is available on request.
Yes, and most partners do. Timber species and origin, coating system and brand, hardware, finish — all of it is specified per project rather than fixed by us. If your retailer mandates a particular certification or a particular supplier, we work to that. Our defaults exist for partners who have no preference, not as a limit.
For private label production, the EU responsible person is normally you as the brand owner, or your appointed importer. We produce the product labelling and packaging to carry those details correctly.
A fair question, and here is the plain answer. Our workshop is in Lviv, in western Ukraine, roughly 100 km from the EU border — the region furthest from the fighting. Power supply at the site is stable and production is not interrupted by it. Across the last years we have not missed a delivery or stopped production once. We would rather you judged us on that record than on reassurances, and we are happy to go through it in detail with you.
40% on order confirmation, 30% before the shipment leaves us, and the remaining 30% within 1–2 days of the goods reaching you. Holding a third back until delivery is not the usual arrangement in this industry, and it is deliberate: it keeps us accountable for the shipment arriving as it should.
Yes. We sign an NDA before we see your drawings. We do not resell, adapt or re-offer a partner's product to anyone else — what we develop with you is made for you alone.
It rarely comes up, because there is nothing to be exclusive against: your design is produced for you and for no one else, so there is no parallel supply into your market. If you have a specific arrangement in mind, put it in your first message and we will discuss it.
Get in touch
The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply will be. Product type, rough quantities and your target launch date are enough to get a real answer rather than a brochure.
